Q: I'm experiencing problems with my 3M diskette from Imation. Who can I contact for assistance?
Please call our Imation Data Storage Tollfree Helpline at 1-800-328-9438, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM Central Time and allow us to provide assistance. We can also provide information for returning the disk and about our replacement policy. Warranty return information is also available from the original diskette box or package that the product was purchased in.
